Wow, what a week; 

- Hose broke under my sink flooding part of the unit below and several square metres of my unit (all repaired and cleaned up OK),

- Got socked with a $250 repair bill by the plumber because the tap is “unique”

- Dropped my iPhone and smashed the screen (but it still works) – $280 to get repaired,

- An ATM “held” my expired cashcard because Westpac bank’s system can’t handle apartment numbers with more than 4 digits in the number,

- The lady at the blood bank stuffed up putting the needle in for a plasma donation so on the return a “balloon” occurred and my arm now looks like a junkies with a whopper of a bruise,

- In my last of several email to a colleague to rebuild 3 servers, I incorrectly named the servers and he rebuilt 2 of 3 production servers. Fortunately the third was the DR server so the day was saved and we have renamed the servers so names are no longer so similar.

- I choose this week to give up alcohol for a month (excluding 1 glass of wine with food)

What is amazing is that I got two dives in over the long weekend and I didn’t get bent, drown or flood my camera!

Both dives were in Nelson Bay, been several months since I dived there and enjoyed the Pipeline in particular with DaveH doing some spotting for me…this is the best of what I got….

I’ve declared the horrible week over as I’ve now had a good couple of days…bye bye horrible week, hope to never see you again
